What time is collection and return?
Start your journey from 2pm on your collection day. We’ll spend about 45 minutes walking you through the van's features so you’re ready for the road. On your final day, please return the van by 11am.

Are dogs welcome?
Absolutely. We love that they're on their holidays too! There is a small cleaning supplement of £30 per booking.
Can I head to a festival?
Yes, you can. Just let us know your plans ahead of time so we can chat through the specifics.
What's included in my hire?
Everything you need for your road trip:
- Comprehensive cover for one driver
- UK-wide breakdown assistance
- Public liability protection
- Full tank of diesel (please return full or we may need to charge extra)
- Kitchen essentials (cutlery and crockery)
- Plush mattress topper for comfort
- Outdoor shoe tent for a tidy home
How does the insurance work?
Your hire includes comprehensive cover for one driver (ages 21-70) with unlimited mileage.
To protect the van, a £750 security deposit is required 7 days before you set off.
This is fully refunded within 10 days of your return, provided everything is in its original condition.
Please note that personal belongings are not covered.
Who can drive?
To keep things safe and insured, drivers must:
- Be aged 21-70
- Have held a full licence:
- At least 2 years (if under 25)
- At least 1 year (if 25+)
NB - Up to two minor convictions (Two lots of 3 point convictions) or any single 6 point or higher minor conviction over 3 years old are agreed as standard
Cancellation policy
Cancellations 30 days or more before your booking date will result in the loss of your booking deposit.
Cancellation within 29 days of your booking you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
We strongly recommend you take out your own holiday insurance.
